One US congressman isn't pleased
Upon hearing the news about the course, Republican U.S. Rep. Ron Estes (Kansas) made his displeasure known on Twitter:

Campus Reform said the University of Kansas received $148,178,000 in federal research funding in 2017.
The school didn't respond to a request for comment on Estes' tweet in time for publication, the outlet added.
