This is the moment a courageous 17-year-old senior held open the doors to a mosque, allowing dozens of students to flee a high school stabbing in Wisconsin.
Brave Duaa Ahmad remained outside the building, ushering her classmates in to the religious building before finally getting herself to safety.
The teen said she 'felt a little fear', but said she 'did what had to be done'.
An armed student was shot by the school resource officer he had stabbed during the incident at Oshkosh West High School on Tuesday.

She told ABC: 'I just felt like I did what had to be done.'
The teen said she did not know exactly what was happening which 'caused even more anxiety'.
She added: 'It could have been anything. I'm lucky that I was in that place when that situation ensued, and I'm just grateful that I was able to enter the code and let as many people in.'
Her proud father Saad Ahmad, said: 'When I look at the video now, I feel pride.
'Her composure is remarkable in that situation. I don't know how I would react in that situation.'
Duaa's uncle, Khurram Ahmad, added: 'At first you see it, and you don't consider the subtlety in it that she remained outside These are things that cannot be taught.'
He called it an 'uplifting' moment amid the carnage and said it allowed around 100 students to seek shelter during the stabbing.
Khurram said: 'At that moment, it was her alone. Her basic instinct kicked in.'
Duaa said: 'You never what that situation's gonna be like until you've actually experienced.'

Officer Michael Wissink has been identified as the school resource officer who shot a 16-year-old male student who stabbed him with a 'sharp weapon' at Oshkosh West High School on Tuesday.
'Today's tragic event shows that trained school resource officers can save lives,' Oshkosh Superintendent Vickie Cartwright said at a news conference on Tuesday.
Wissink has been an officer with the police force for 21 years and became a school resource officer in 2017.
He was praised on social media for stepping in on Tuesday and preventing the student's attack from escalating.
'Thank you Mike! It's reassuring to know people like you are protecting our children. Get well soon,' one Facebook user wrote.
'Thank you for your service, your honor, and your courage Officer Wissink. Wishing you a fast recover,' another added.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is investigating the shooting incident, as per protocol.
In the Tuesday incident the 16-year-old student approached Wissink in his office and stabbed him with a weapon at 9.12am, leading the cop to fire at the student.
'The student produced a weapon and stabbed the officer at which time the officer fired on the student, striking the student one time,' Police Chief Dean Smith said in a press conference Tuesday afternoon.
Wissink made the emergency call to dispatch and officers arrived on the scene two minutes after the incident. Overall about 75 officers arrived to the school after gunfire rang out.
The school was placed on lockdown and the students were evacuated. The school was declared secure at 11.18am.
No other pupils besides the armed student were hurt in the incident. Both were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
