REVEALED: The picture that Justin Bieber says PROVES he did not rape a fan in 2015 as the star releases trove of texts and social media posts as part of his $20M lawsuit

A single photograph could prove that Justin Bieber did not rape one of his fans.
The picture, taken in 2015, shows the Canadian pop star grabbing a hot dog from a food cart at 4am with a group of friends while in New York City on the night of the Met Gala.
It's the same night that one of his accusers on Twitter has claimed she was sexually assaulted by the superstar at The Langham hotel.
Twitter user Kadi said that she was invited back to the singer's hotel room at 2:30am, but in an evidence pack filed in a 47-page, $20million lawsuit, the photograph which was posted to Instagram claims to have been taken at 4am - before the star retired to his hotel for the night.
At 2:30am, Bieber states in the lawsuit that he was actually at the Met Gala after-party hosted by Rihanna along with dozens of witnesses and declares Kadi's story to be 'an impossibility – a poor, but damaging, fabrication.'
This photo would be crucial in any alibi Bieber puts forward and puts a timestamp on his whereabouts as evidence he was not in a hotel at the time of the alleged attack.

The $20 million defamation lawsuit filed by Bieber includes filings that aim to show the pop star came nowhere near either of the two women who have accused him of sexual misconduct.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court after saying on Twitter earlier this week that a claim that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2014 was 'factually impossible.'
Both Twitter users have both claimed in social media posts that he sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015.
One woman, who identified herself as Danielle but said she was posting anonymously, said in a Twitter posting that has since been deleted that she was sexually assaulted by the singer at a hotel in Austin, Texas, on March 9, 2014.
She claimed she was assaulted by Bieber in a room at the Four Seasons Hotel following an event that was part of the city's SXSW festival.
'My name is Danielle, and for personal reasons, i will not be stating my last name. I'm posting this anonymously because i'm not ready to come forward and reveal myself,' she writes.

She posts about having met Bieber following his surprise performance at SXSW in Austin, Texas, on the night of March 9, 2014, after which she details how he allegedly invited her and her friends to a hotel room at the Four Seasons Hotel, before taking her to his room in the hotel and, after initially consensually making out, she alleges he sexually assaulted her.
The singer counters that while he was in Austin on that date, he did not stay at the Four Seasons Hotel and did not have a room there.
He states he and his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez stayed at an AirBnb rental property and that she was with him all night.

Bieber states he believes Danielle made up her account based on the fact that he ate at a restaurant at the Four Seasons on March 10.
'There is no truth to Danielle’s allegations,' the suit states. 'The detailed narrative and Defamatory Lies by Danielle are absolutely false, fabricated and fictional. The alleged scenario of a woman with Bieber in a hotel room at the Four Season Hotel in Austin, Texas, on the night of March 9, 2014,and the purported assault, are factually impossible. Her allegations are complete and utter outlandish defamatory fabrications, to harm Bieber, and provably so.'
In the lawsuit Bieber explains how he and his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez traveled together to Austin from Houston.
His appearance at SXSW was so last minute that the even the venue's owner wasn’t informed until around 20 minutes before he appeared.
Bieber and Gomez left the event together whereupon they were photographed by fans and paparazzi leaving the venue together and later in the street.

The reports and photographs all feature as part of the evidence pack of the lawsuit.
Bieber stressed that he and Gomez were together the entire night and rather than staying at the Four Seasons ended up staying at an AirBnb rental along with several of their friends.
The lawsuit contains copies and printouts of articles from US Magazine, CTV News and Austin360 as evidence that Bieber and Gomez left the event together.
The suit also contains confirmation, details and receipts of the AirBnb where the couple stayed and even a folio from the Westin Hotel where Bieber and his entourage stayed the following night.
'The detailed narrative and Defamatory Lies by Danielle are factually impossible and provably false,' Bieber states in the suit.

The other woman, who identified herself as Kadi, said on Twitter that she was sexually assaulted by Bieber in a New York hotel room in May 2015.
Bieber claims she is a superfan who waits outside hotels hoping to meet him, but they have in fact never met.
She claims he sexually assaulted her after being invited up to his room at the Langham Hotel in NYC at 2:30am on May 5, 2015.
Bieber, who was in New York on that date to attend the Met Gala, describes her story as 'an elaborate hoax' and that the 'allegations are factually impossible.'

Kadi refers to the previous accuser, Danielle.
'I believe Danielle, I am a victim of sexual assault by Justin Bieber too. Just like Danielle, I was sexually assaulted by Justin Bieber,' she writes.
The lawsuit makes comparisons between the two women's tweets stating they are substantially similar in their form and 'prepared lengthy fictional narrative.'
Furthermore, Kadi's tweet on June 20 came just an hour after Danielle's June 20 tweet which the suit suggests means the women either knew about each other or is in fact the same person.
Bieber's lawsuit states that Kadi fabricated the encounter because she believed that Bieber had stayed at the Langham Hotel after attending the Met Gala.
'The allegations are complete and utter outlandish fabrications, to harm Bieber, and to garner attention and fame to the false accuser. Kadi, as an apparent superfan, may have waited outside his hotel at times, and like other fans, may have managed a fan photograph with him, but if so that is where any reality of her story ends, and her false, defamatory statements begin,' the suit claims.

Bieber states in legal filings that after the Gala he was at a celebrity after-party until 4am when he stopped at a hot-dog stand for a snack.
Pictures are all included in the evidence pack of the lawsuit.
Kadi claims that she was invited-up to his room and joined Bieber and a group of people hanging out in his hotel room at 2:30am.

'Kadi's story is an impossibility – a poor, but damaging, fabrication,' the suit declares.
In a tweet Kadi claims she wants to have sex with Bieber.
In one posting she claims that in 2015 she would wait at Bieber’s hotel with other 'beliebers' when he’s in town visiting New York but in a 2020 tweet claims she has not met Bieber and never will, even though she’s a huge fan, tweeting 'It doesn't matter how good of a belieber i am, I'll never get noticed by Justin,' she writes.
The suit declared 'Kadi fabricated her allegations for the purpose of and that they arise out of her desire for fame and attention.'
In the lawsuit, Bieber ‘vehemently denies, as outlandish false fabrications, the despicable allegations that he sexually assaulted the women in 2014 and/or 2015', and seeks a jury trial and $20 million in damages, $10 million for each story.
Bieber's representatives have not made any official comments about the lawsuit.
In the legal documents, Bieber hints that he believes the two social media accounts may in fact be run by the same person and the tweets appear to be a coordinated effort to tarnish his reputation.
The lawsuit said the two women were 'trying to capitalize on the climate of fear permeating the entertainment industry, Hollywood and corporate America, whereby it is open season for anyone to make any claim (no matter how vile, unsupported, and provably false) about anyone without consequence.'
The lawsuit details hotel receipts, emails and news reports to assert that Bieber was not staying at the hotel in Austin where Danielle alleged that the 2014 assault had taken place.
It said that Kadi's accusation was false and that she had fabricated her allegation 'out of her desire for fame and attention.'

After acknowledging he has been subjected to 'random allegations' throughout his career, he said he had decided to speak out this time because 'Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse is something I don't take lightly.'
Bieber tweeted: 'In the past 24 hours a new Twitter appeared that told a story of myself involved with sexual abuse on March 9, 2014 in Austin Texas at the Four seasons hotel.
'I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story. In fact as I will soon show I was never present at that location.'
Bieber posted a series of tweets with stories, pictures and receipts he said were consistent with his claim he wasn't at the Four Seasons, but rather at an Airbnb and then the Westin Hotel on the nights of March 9 and 10, 2014, respectively.
