When was the last time the government was overly concerned about sending money to the 'wrong' people? (Picture)

 

Certainly not when they did the PPP loans. Seems that our govt. is much more concerned about random $2K checks being misappropriated than they were about multi-million dollar loans (*cough* grants *cough*) ending up in the business coffers of buddies.
