Tucker Carlson demands Britney Spears is FREED from her conservatorship and says it makes no sense that mentally ill vagrants are allowed to 'wipe their butt on your lawn' but she can't decide to have children

Tucker Carlson said it's mind boggling that Britney Spears is prevented from having kids but nothing can be done about the thousands of 'mentally ill vagrants wiping their butts on your lawn.'

Spears is in a highly publicized legal war with her father and a legal trust, who she's paying $16,000 a month to be her conservator and have control over her $60million estate.

And in a bombshell revelation, she said she has been fitted with an IUD contraceptive device and her request to have it removed so she can have another baby has been denied.

The Fox host blasted conservatorship and how he said the pop star is being controlled during Thursday night's episode.

'We have tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, of mentally ill vagrants wiping their butts on your lawn everyday, literally, and you can't do anything because they have autonomy, but Britney Spears can be prevented from having kids,' Carlson said.

Carlson spoke to Francey Hakes, a former prosecutor who specialized in crimes against children, who said Spears' father gives her an allowance and the court appointed her lawyer.

He made this comment during a monologue while talking to his guest, Francey Hakes, a former prosecutor who specialized in crimes against children, who told Carlson that Spears' father gives her a $1,000 allowance and the court appointed her lawyer.

'It doesn't seem like it should be real in America. She is an almost 40-year-old woman who's very wealthy and successful based solely on her own talent yet she has conservators ... who decide everything for her,' Hakes said on the show, 'including what she can and can't do with her own body, whether she can get married, whether she can have children, and there's someone else who decides how much money she can spend.'

The night before, actress Rose McGowan made an appearance on Carlson's show and threw her support behind Spears, saying conservatorship has done 'way more harm than good' and insisted she's 'not here to be anyone's slave.'

McGowan told Carlson the 'Hollywood and the media machine are rotten to the core' for past coverage of the pop star.

'Her father put her under conservatorship at age 25,' McGowan said on Carlson's Wednesday show.

'Many in the media laughed and scorned her when she shaved her head. I lived in Hollywood during that time, and I've made it my life's mission to tell all of you out there what so many of you already know deep down: that fame and Hollywood and the media machine are rotten to the core, and they do hurt, and they do damage.'

Spears has been without control of her business or finances since her father obtained the conservatorship in the wake of her mental health struggles in 2008.
