Obama-Appointed Judge and Former Activist Presides Over Sanctions Case Against Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and Local MI Attorney Stefanie Lambert
100 Percent Fed Up reports – Obama-appointed federal judge Linda Parker is currently hearing the sanctions case against former federal prosecutors Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, along with local attorney Stefanie Lambert who filed the suit on behalf of the Plaintiffs.
Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who, along with Michigan’s tyrannical governor, was listed as a defendant in the original King et al. vs. Whitmer case, was clearly confident of the outcome of today’s case, as she tweeted a link to the live hearing.
On January 19, the following Ex Parte MOTION was filed for Leave to File Excess Pages for Plaintiffs’ opposition to the City of Detroit’s Motion for Sanctions, Disciplinary actions, Disbarment Referral and for Referral to the State Bar Disciplinary Bodies and to Defendants Whitmer and Benson’s Concurrence in the City of Detroit’s Motion for Sanctions by All Plaintiffs. Curiously, Jocelyn Benson didn’t tweet a link to the live hearings that were taking place on Zoom in Antrim County, where she was placed on the case as a defendant by Michigan’s lawless Attorney General Dana Nessel. So why would SOS Benson want everyone to see this case, but not the Antrim County voter fraud case where Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno was given the ability to perform a forensic audit on the Dominion machine used in the November 2020 election? Could it be that she was less sure of the outcome in Antrim County than with the Obama-appointed district judge?

In an incredible moment, the judge attempted to shame Andrew Sitto, a TCF witness who filed an affidavit saying that he saw “tens of thousands of ballots” that were delivered to the absentee ballot counting facility in the early morning on the day after the election. Judge Parker asked how he could possibly know that there were tens of thousands of ballots? City of Detroit lawyer David Fink stated that “you cannot put something in an affidavit that you know not to be true.” How does David Fink know whether or not the statement by Andrew Sitto is not true?
On Tuesday, November 3rd President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in the swing state of Michigan by over 100,000 votes. This appeared to be another solid win for President Trump in Michigan with a greater margin than his 2016 victory. The ballot counting in Detroit, Michigan on election night took place at the TCF Center, formerly known as Cobo Hall.
This is the site where Detroit City Officials put cardboard over the windows to prevent the GOP observers from seeing in, where poll workers were militantly hostile to the GOP observers, and where hundreds of affidavits by election observers claim they witnessed voter fraud.
At least three election observers testified in sworn affidavits that they witnessed vehicles delivering fraudulent ballots to the TCF Center early in the morning on November 4th.
Andrew Sitto was one of the three witnesses who signed an affidavit testifying to what he witnessed in the early morning at the TCF Center.
