Shivani Gupta, from the city of Gurgaon, India, recorded herself and a group of friends arguing with this woman after she allegedly told them they should be raped for wearing short dresses
'The middle aged woman you’ll see in the video told seven men at the restaurant to rape us because she felt we deserved it for wearing short clothes and bashing her unsolicited opinion. For speaking up against her primitive mindset.
'Our instinct was turn away from the drama but supported by our colleagues, we took her on at a shopping centre nearby.
'We gave her the chance to apologise, to no avail, of course. Nothing moved the needle for her, not even another woman who learned the story on the spot and implored the ghastly woman to apologise. See for yourself.' In the video, Gupta can be heard berating the woman as they walk through what appears to be a department store.
Amid the shouting of several voices, she can be heard demanding that the woman repeat what she has said, which she refuses to do.
The woman then walks over to a checkout and tries to get staff to call police while Gupta demands that she apologise otherwise she will upload the footage to the internet and 'make your life hell'.
'Go ahead,' the woman says. 'You have that right.'
The argument then simmers down as another woman, who says that she is also a mother, catches on to the conversation and begins debating with the woman.

The video ends with the woman saying that women wear short dresses to encourage men to look at them and therefore encourage rape
'I am the mother of two daughters, she says. 'I don't mind my daughters wearing a swimming costume and walking on the street.
'You don't have the right to say anything about the girls wearing it.'
Pointing at Gupta, she later adds: 'She has the right to wear whatever the damn she wants. Is she your daughter? No. Then zip your mouth.'
Refusing to back down, the woman tells the camera: 'These ladies want to wear short dressed to encourage everyone to see them.'
Addressing the girls' parents, she adds: 'Please control the girls, and control their dresses.'
A short time later the video stops.
The video has since gone viral, clocking up more than 1.4million views, though the woman featured in it has not yet been identified.
Despite the girls threatening the woman with CCTV from the restaurant which they claims showed her verbal attack, Gurgaon police told Indian news station NDTV they had yet to receive a complaint.
