Americans who are in favor of the right of individuals to keep and bear arms, as enshrined in the Constitution, are afraid of Red Flag Laws.

The media tells them that there is nothing to be concerned about and that only “dangerous” people will have their guns taken.

But wise people ask the question, who precisely is going to decide who is and is not considered a dangerous person?

And how simple would it be for one to have an argument with a family member and have that family member use these laws to get revenge.
