The 35,000-square-foot house is worth more than $14.8 million, Business Insider reports.

In Manhattan, Cohen owned two multi-million dollar apartments in the West Village.

He recently sold the 'Abingdon Mansion,' in May 2019 for $30 million after purchasing it in 2013 for $23.4 million.

Cohen also has a vacation estate in East Hampton, New York.

The 10 bedroom, 9,000 square-foot estate is just up the road from comedian Jerry Seinfeld's home.

On the West Coast, Cohen owns a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion. The 12,664 square-foot estate has nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and was previously owned by actor Glenn Ford, Business Insider reports.

Cohen's recent penthouse sale is part of a rising trend in the New York City real estate market. According to Bloomberg Wealth, Buyers are returning to Manhattan's luxury apartment market, taking advantage of increased supply and discounts.

For the last 10 weeks in a row, there have been 30 or more deals in Manhattan in the $4 million or higher price range, the longest streak in data going back to 2006, Bloomberg Wealth reports.
